Hotel Neptuno-Triton Havana, Havana

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location didn't seem bad initially, but the surrounding area quickly felt dismal. The service was truly horrible, except for one lovely lady who was very helpful. The dining options were inedible, and the Asian dishes were just terrible. However, the room arranged by our tour guide was disgusting, filthy, and had major mold issues. Overall, not the best experience.
